Saleh Mohammed Balamash
CEO

Saleh Mohammed Balamash is a qualified Occupational Health and Safety professional with more than 25 years of industrial experience. Saleh is a a well-qualified and widely experienced Saudi Arabia Civil Defense approved Consultant. He is currently the Executive Director of Total Safety Quality Center for training.

Saleh assisted in writing the Central Board of Accreditation for Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI) – Facility Management & Safety (FMS) Standards, which is approved by the Minister of Health and Health Council.
His work as a safety professional, mentor and trainer has seen him engaged in projects around the Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar and other parts of GCC.

Saleh has a Diploma Degree in Occupational Health and Safety from The International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM) (UK) as well as numerous other qualifications including NEBOSH (UK) National General Certificate (IGC) in Occupational Health and Safety.

Saleh has developed the emergency preparedness plans for various government and reputed private companies including training their employees in evacuation procedures and firefighting and conducting fire evacuation drills with coordination of the Civil Defence. Delivered and managed the entire safety program in Western Region, ensuring compliance with JCI Facility Management & Safety standards - Director, Safety and Security Department.

Mohammed Saleh Balamash
Safety Engineer

Bachelor degree in nuclear medical physics engineering from King Abdulaziz University with over 7 years of work experience in the field of Health and Safety Mr. Mohammed Saleh Balamash  works for Total Safety Quality Centre, as a Safety Engineer and handles various safety consultancy projects and training.

Mohammed Saleh Balamash has in the past handled HSE responsibilities in many establishments including King Faisal Specialist & Research Center, International Medical Center and Maternity & Children Hospital Makkah

He has in the past also demonstrated abilities  like:Consultation on Emergency preparedness plan / fire and evacuation in schools,  educational buildings and hospitals handling  consultancy and training needs for a wide range of organizations / individuals.
 

 

Talib Latif
Operations Manager

Talib Latif has more than 10 years of experience in operation, admin, HR and client servicing. He is Post Graduate (MBA) from UK Liverpool University and has over 10+ years of work experience in UK, Dubai and India. He is in charge of entire TSQC Group operations - HR, Admin, Purchase, Delivery, Quality Assurance, Employee Performance Monitoring, Accounts,  customer satisfaction, IMS. He is the Management Representative of our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 system.
