  • An introduction to the concepts of Quality, its historical evolution
  • An introduction of basic concepts and terminology associated with Quality Management
  • An introduction to the benefits that may be achieved through implementation of ISO 9001:2008
  • An introductory background to; an overview and an examination of the changes, together with discussion of the correspondence to existing and other standards
  • Detailed review and interpretation of the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 standard
